Our focus is supported living services for 16+ carer leavers transitioning into independent living.
We work with local councils & private clients, offering bespoke services including live-in care (16+), respite care, and supported accommodation.

Qualified workers
Our support workers are qualified up to at least NVQ Level 2.

Enhanced DBS checks
We send off for enhanced DBS checks for all our support workers.
We recruit and source quality staff.
We use our experience finding quality care staff to fill vacancies at other organisations.
We source qualified and vetted support workers to work in children's homes, supported living facilities (16+).

About our leadership
Michelle Nyatito
Director & CEO
Michelle leads Lilium Care. She has 7 years experience in the care industry, having been instrumental in starting up another care company and a solid background in financial services.
Her passion is to create a people focused work environment that provides top quality care whilst build lasting relationships with local authorities and most importantly the people who will use our services; the children and young people.

Children and staff should be safe within our environment. Safety is not just about the physical home, its also a feeling that allows individuals to express themselves and allows them to accept the care and support on offer.
